1. **Returns:**- Due to the nature of our products, once the client has received a product, we do not accept returns.
2. **Refunds for Print-on-Demand Items:**- We can only accept refund requests within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, refunds cannot be processed as our items are customized and made specifically for you.
3. **Credit for Undelivered Products:**- In the rare event that a product does not arrive, we offer credit for the purchase amount. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the credit process.
4. **Modification Window for Popsikulls Designs:**- If you wish to change your randomly generated Popsikull design, you have 24 hours from the confirmation of payment to make modifications.
- After 24 hours, no refunds or modifications can be made, as the customization process will have begun.

Each item is crafted with care to reflect your individual style, which may extend the processing and shipping times. Please refer to individual product pages for estimated delivery times.
Covid-19 Delay Warning: Please note that the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic may impact shipping times. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, external factors such as restrictions, increased safety measures, and delays within shipping carriers may affect delivery times.
