Q: Can I make a pre-order?

At the moment, we don’t offer pre-orders. However, if you’d like to be among the first to grab your merch, make sure to subscribe to our newsletter. You can find the newsletter form at the bottom of the page.

Q: What happens at the end of each countdown?

Once the countdown ends, the available Popsikulls will be gone forever. New Popsikull designs will be added to the store within 24–72 hours. Each month, the countdown will reset with fresh designs.

Q: Do you offer a refund or exchange?

Due to the customized nature of our products, we can only offer refunds if requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once this time window has passed, we are unable to process refunds, as your order will have already entered the processing stage. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Q: How do I make an order?

We want to make the process as simple as possible. Just select a product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email at contact@popsikulls.com or through our website's live chat.

Q: Can I customize my own Popsikulls Design?

As of now, you can customize a t-shirt by contacting us via email with your request, and we will create a custom order for you. However, please note that this is a premium service, and the price is significantly higher than our standard Popsikulls t-shirts. This service is primarily offered to influencers and collaborators. If you're interested in joining us and helping create content, we can arrange an agreement to design your custom Popsikull t-shirt. If you wish to be part of Popsikulls, please email us at collabs@popsikulls.com.

Q: “Do you guys provide customer support during weekends/holidays?”

Yes, we provide assistance on weekends and holidays. However, please note that response times may be slower compared to weekdays.
