What happens at the end of the countdown?

After the countdown has ended, new Popsikull designs will be uploaded to the store. If you missed a previous design, unfortunately the design is lost forever and won't repeat in future releases.

What is the method used for the designs?

We use high quality DTF to get the most vibrant colors.

2. **Refunds for Print-on-Demand Items:**- We can only accept refund requests within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, refunds cannot be processed as our items are customized and made specifically for you.

3. **Credit for Undelivered Products:**- In the rare event that a product does not arrive, we offer credit for the purchase amount. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the credit process.
