2. **Refunds for Print-on-Demand Items:**- We can only accept refund requests within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, refunds cannot be processed as our items are customized and made specifically for you.

3. **Credit for Undelivered Products:**- In the rare event that a product does not arrive, we offer credit for the purchase amount. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the credit process.

Weather and Natural Disasters Warning: Shipping times may be affected by weather events or natural disasters in Puerto Rico and the United States. Unforeseen circumstances, such as hurricanes, storms, or other natural occurrences, may impact the transportation and delivery of your packages. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The availability of these options may depend on your location. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
